    By filling out this description and sending the cargo to the warehouse,
    You thereby agree to the terms of our Company:

    1. The minimum weight of one package is no less than 1 kg. If the weight is less than 1 kg, the tariff will be calculated based on 1 kg.
    2. If a box contains items with different delivery tariffs, the calculation will be made based on the highest tariff.
    3. If a branded item is in the box (while the other items are non-branded), the entire package is classified as branded, and the calculation for the entire package is made according to the tariff for this category of goods.
    4. The Company reserves the right to recalculate the delivery tariff for air transport up to a density of 150 kg per cubic meter.
    5. The value of the cargo is indicated in US dollars.
    6. Indicating the value of the goods automatically implies insurance. Fragile goods and those that are easily deformed or broken are not subject to insurance.
    7. The description form must be filled out only in Russian, with the number of boxes and a detailed description of the cargo name, and the quantity of goods in the box.
    8. Along with the description, an invoice (waybill) must be sent to the manager via email.
    9. If there is a discrepancy between the contents of the cargo and the description form, the company is not responsible for the actions of customs authorities (return to China, confiscation).
    10. If the trademark, which is a copy of a global brand, is not indicated, the company is not responsible for the actions of customs authorities.
    11. Indicating prices in the description automatically implies cargo insurance (2% of the cargo value) and does not cover damage, only loss!
    12. Uninsured cargo, in case of loss, is not eligible for compensation; only the weight is refundable.
    13. The delivery service is paid by the client after the cargo has arrived at the company’s warehouse in Ukraine. Unpaid cargo will not be released to the client!
    14. Unclaimed cargo for a month is subject to sale to compensate for delivery and storage costs by the company.
    15. The indicated delivery terms are conditional and may change significantly due to unforeseen customs checks, changes in legislation, airline delays, public holidays, and force majeure circumstances, and are not subject to dispute in case of delay.
